HOT HOT HOT

Always been a fan of the Hudson's sexy and chopped look bodies. Fell in love years ago with an Hudson Commodore 8 I saw at a car show. But that's a different story...
This one built by Icon is more of a wolf in a black sheep's clothing. Lovin' it.

This barn-found 49' Hudson was discovered in North Carolina, and re-imagined as a highly capable, modern daily-driver with a bit of rockabilly attitude. Featuring over 630hp and project-specific engineered Art Morrison subframe assemblies designed to integrate to the Hudson “Monobuilt” semi-unibody construction, this sled is ready to rock. Fully adjustable 4-wheel independent suspension with ICON Brembo Sport brakes. GM LS9 power is delivered through the 4L85-E automatic transmission into the Art Morrison IRS with Dana 60 differential.
Hand dyed wild alligator and Moore & Giles leather interior. German wool carpeting and removable floor mats. Wool headliner, alligator trimmed wool sun visors. Heat-cured polyurea coated underbody/ floors with extensive sound deadening and heat shielding throughout. Newly cast,16” steering wheel in translucent blue with unrestored Hudson brightwork and horn ring. CNC aluminum dash knobs designed as original.
CNC aluminum dash brightwork in chrome finish with integrated A/C vents. Machined stainless directional A/C controls with 3D printed rear ducting assemblies. Restored gauges with modern internal mechanism. Tasteful LED lighting. High performance audio system.
