ONE OF THE BEST. EVER

Been looking to feature Ed's custom Evolution Harley Davidson for a while now, since he first posted it on Instagram, in May - June. Back then, it was all black, see the last photo. A killer bike in full black as well, if you ask me.

It started its life as an '85 FX. I bought the bike a couple years ago, rode it around the block once and immediately tore it down to make it how I wanted. After a year or so of just riding it around crusty I tore the bike down all the way to frame and did a full ground up build on it. Has a fresh motor with .010 over Wiseco pistons, s&s High volume high pressure billet oil pump, s&s adjustable pushrods, ev27 cam, fueling lifters, Mikuni carb, Dynatek 2000i programmable ignition. I modified a later Softail trans to fit into the 4 speed frame.
It now uses an updated splined shaft trans, updated starter, clutch, primaries etc. 35mm front end with single pot PM brakes, polished GMA rotors, 13 spoke mag wheels, original Crazy Frank fender, Valley Kustoms paint job, Panhead style risers extended 8” by Front Street Cycle.
All the wiring and circuit breakers hidden under the tunnel of the tank, damn near every bolt is a stainless 12 point arp bolt.

Got to send a big thank you to Ed for the info and another big fat thank you to Mike Luci for the killer shots you see here.
Thanks to Mike, we can also taake a peek inside Ed's garage.
   Cheers dudes !

Ed's Custom Cycles is located in the San Fernando Valley. So if you're around make sure you check it out. If now, you can follow him on Instagram.
Please give Mike a follow on Instagram as well. He puts out awesome content.
