Egg Salad. It was a Bonneville contender for 2011. Powered by a 500cc Rotax motor mounted in a Knight Flat Track frame, the bike did accomplish a top speed of 113mph. No chrome, no bling...nothing to sweeten the looks. Just raw welded metal. Lovely. Just lovely. The metal faring that encases the motorcycle was hand built by Carl Bjorklund.
