''Jesse James returning to Discovery Channel for live 'American Chopper' battle -- EXCLUSIVE

Huge news for American Chopper fans: Jesse James is returning to the network that made him famous to compete head-to-head against the Teutuls on American Chopper.
Marking his first appearance on Discovery Chanel in five years, the former Monster Garage star will guest star on Chopper across two nights in December. Not only that, but American Chopper is going live for the first time — pitting James, Paul Teutul, Senior and Paul Teutul Jr. in a bike-building battle at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.
The face-off airs Dec. 5 and 6 at 9 p.m. both nights. The first night is the regularly scheduled American Chopper. You’ll see Senior, Junior and James building the bikes, and viewers will vote for their favorite. The second night is a live show from Las Vegas where the winning bike will be revealed.
For Chopper fans, this is the stuff of online message-board wish fulfillment. Jesse James’ documentary Motorcycle Mania helped launch the whole cable reality motorcycle craze back in 2000, whereas relative later-comer American Chopper helped bring the genre to a greater level in popularity. James then left Discovery and went on to other ventures, including his short-lived Spike TV series Jesse James is a Dead Man (and drawing international headlines for his divorce from Sandra Bullock).''

dWRENCHED ! MADE IN ROMANIA

This bike used to be a 1961 CZ. 175 cmc's motor. And that's all that was left out of the rusty lil' bike that used to gain dust and rust as the sun rised and set for another day.  Passion has no limits and this is one of the best examples ! Huge amount of work into building the frame and the rest of this cool as ice custom. The bike used to be on icy white / blue but the paint scheme was changed to icy white /dark brown recently. As a ps, the bike is for sale. Use the blog's email adress if interested.

The guys over TGS from Germany are totally whacked. Seppster² Ice Racer is the bike that put TGS on the map. Double chain drive. Single arm front end, seat with air suspension. Turbo. Oil in frame, rotation clutch. Wheels by TGS. The bike comes with spiked tires. If you want to take it for a spin on ice. Well, they did. ''The School of Mad Max Designs'' at it's finest.

AQG is Aldo Querio Gianetto's chopp shop from Italy. If you take a closer look at what he builds some true talent will be revealed to you. I've been looking for more informations about this red son-of-a-bitch for so long and finally I got ahold of him. Talking about the bike below, not about the builder :)
He still ownes the first bike that he chopped, a Morom. That was his first project, including the girder, drag pipes and the paint. Let's get back to the red devil now. It's called Cannonball Extreme and the name fits the bike just right. The dragster look, the riding position and the ''empty'' backbone are clear details that this bike means business. On the track mostly. And wants to be abused. S&S 145cc will do the trick. Double twin Super G carb. Gas tank mounted next to your ass. The vibrant contrast between the candy red and the chrome makes it easy to spot from a mile away. Wanna take this one for a spin so bad !

Choppers Inc is known as the shop that came up with the hubless wheel chopper and other sick chopps.  But this amazing 1917 Henderson has the ''cool factor'' up to the roof !!! So many custom and hand made parts that'll make you head spin. No wonder the bike won Easyrider's Bike of the Year back in the 2008 ! It's pure rollin' art.

EAM Studios is Eddie Meeks's home. Him being a guitar maker, painter, sculptor, architect and engineer. No, that's all :) With this kind of resumee Eddie had to shock the custom bike world somehow. And he did. Building Quatum Leap. I don't know if you guys have seen that Tom Cruise movie featuring that red Lexus.  Minority Report. I didn't see the movie, just heard about the car. Anyway...in my perspective this bike could be the reply to that futuristic Lexus. But way more cooler. It's a front-wheel driven motorcycle. A huge 360mm tire is driven on the left side by a custom-machined and built shaft-drive setup. Right-side drive Baker transmission which he has custom built to take power from the back of the engine, up to under the seat, straight over the engine, into a shaft which runs vertically into the front swingarm where it turns again to go into the front wheel. Quatum Leap steers using the rear wheel. Brakes hidden in the hubs of the RMD Billet Wheels. He then gave it an internal twist-grip clutch and internal throttle.  Patrick Racing 1655cc V-twin. How's that for extreme engineering ?!

Hawg Heaven from UK is responsible for this one-of-a-kind creation.  Design by Jon Quantrell The Barnstormer really is one of the most radical customs ever. It's a love it or hate it situation. The 5 spoked Invader classic wheels are the only normal parts here. Insane shapes and crazy imagination from the front towards the rear. It's like one of those books about architecture filled with lots of crazy shaped-buildings. Only that this one is a motorcycle. It has wheels, engine and it's real.  And rideble. Go figure...
